Privacy Policy

Data controller

Wiedmer Group KLG, Haldenstrasse 1, 8953 Dietikon, Switzerland — hallo@ortino.tech. This policy covers both the NYX360 app and this website.

The short version

NYX360 is a local-first app. It talks directly to the servers you configure, over your own network. There is no NYX360 backend, no user account, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK built into the app. We do not collect, store or see your data.

In the app

Server credentials. Hostnames, ports and API keys/passwords for the servers you add are encrypted and stored only on your device — in the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore-backed secure storage. They are never transmitted to us and never leave your device except directly to the server you configured them for.

Local network access. NYX360 requests local network permission solely to reach the servers you add and, optionally, to scan for servers on your network with Network Radar. This scan runs on-device; results are never sent anywhere.

Your own servers. When you use NYX360, requests go directly from your device to the servers you configured (e.g. your Sonarr or Plex instance). We have no visibility into that traffic. If those servers themselves collect data, their own privacy practices apply, not ours.

Purchases. Optional Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details, and receive only what's needed to unlock Pro features (an entitlement status), not your identity or payment information.

What we don't have. No analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising ID, no telemetry of any kind ships in NYX360. We cannot see how you use the app, and there is nothing for us to delete because nothing is collected.

On this website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Your language and light/dark preference are stored only in your browser's local storage, to remember your choice on your next visit — never transmitted to us.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold. Since NYX360's app and website are built to collect none, this right is, in practice, usually already satisfied — but you're welcome to ask us directly at any time.

Children's privacy

NYX360 is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age — see above.
