Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the NYX360 app, published by Wiedmer Group KLG ("we", "us"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing or using NYX360, you agree to these terms.

2. What NYX360 is

NYX360 is a client application that connects, over the network, to third-party self-hosted services you configure yourself (such as Sonarr, Radarr, SABnzbd, qBittorrent, Plex, Unraid, Synology DSM or Docker hosts). NYX360 does not host, provide, or have access to any of those services, and does not provide or distribute any media content itself.

3. Your responsibility

You're solely responsible for the servers you connect NYX360 to, for having the legal right to access and control them, and for complying with all applicable laws — including copyright law — for any content you access through services you connect. NYX360 is a general-purpose remote control; we do not monitor, endorse or take responsibility for how it's used.

4. No account

NYX360 does not require or offer a user account. Configuration data (your server list and credentials) stays on your device; we have no ability to access, recover or transfer it on your behalf. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device deletes it permanently.

5. Optional subscriptions (NYX360 Pro)

NYX360 Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased and billed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple's or Google's own terms — cancel any time, at least 24 hours before renewal, in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves; refund requests go through Apple or Google.

6. Intellectual property

NYX360, its design, and the "ortino" name and mark are the property of Wiedmer Group KLG. Third-party service and product names mentioned (Sonarr, Radarr, Plex, Docker, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners; NYX360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of them.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

NYX360 is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every version of every third-party service, or that the app is free of defects.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wiedmer Group KLG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of NYX360, including data loss on servers you connect it to, or actions taken through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of NYX360 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date below.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent mandatory consumer-protection rules don't provide otherwise.
